Nothing amazing happens here, everything is ordinary. There was a fire yesterday and it covered the entire town in smoke. It looked to me like smoke that signified some kind of omen. Smoke that spreads out and covers everything. My Dad is……

< A vespa motor is heard loudly in the background. ‘Little Busters’ is also heard.>
Haruko: Huh? What’s that sound? < Takes off headphones, both girls turn around> it sounds like a Ves…

Setting: Brake Room
Guy: Those matrix scenes are killer. I almost fell over that take.
Friend: I agree.
Haruko: you weren’t even in that scene!!
Guy: moving on!
Haruko: Hey…

Setting: street
Haruko…pa.
Friend: < takes out a camera and takes pictures> are you alright?
Guy: oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no, she’s dead, she’s died, she’s dead.
Guy: Live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haruko: < eyes snap open> what the hell are you trying to do!?! Make me death!?!?!?!
Guy: I was just trying to get your attention.
Haruko: ‘Just trying to get my attention’!?!?!?! all you had to do was tap me on the shoulder or something, but no!! You had to hit me on the head with your bass…….
Haruko: Shoot!! We are going to be late!!(At guy) Who are you!? You know what, never mind. Just stay away from me!! < Both run to school just before the bell rings and both go to there classes.>

Scene two: setting: classroom

Teacher: You where almost late again.
Haruko: I know, but it doesn’t matter as long as I am here!!< Turns strained mad face to a strained smile.> I’m lucky I am still alive!!< Laughs>
Teacher: Well, what’s your excuse today Haruko.
Haruko: even if I tell you, you wouldn’t believe me.
Teacher: Well, try me.
< Haruko tells the teacher everything that happened that morning. Teacher in disbelief>
Teacher: < sighs> Well, I have to say, I don’t believe you.
Haruko: I told you that you would not believe me!!!!!!!
Teacher: Might as well read your report to the class while you’re up here.
Haruko: < annoyed > Okay.

< Door bursts open and the kid with a blue bass guitar comes in. Haruko stares at him and the class notices. She blushes and goes back to her seat. The new guy hands the teacher a blue slip from the attendance office>
Teacher: (To class) looks like we have a new student. (To new guy) Go to the front of the class and introduce yourself. < Haruko gets up and walks to teacher’s desk.>
Haruko: < whispers> that’s the guy who whacked me on the head!!
Teacher: Don’t be ridiculous! Now go sit down! < Haruko slowly sits down at her desk> (to new guy) Now introduce yourself.
New Guy: Okay!! Hi-ya there!! Noata Haruhara here! Fifteen years old, and I just moved here! That’s it. < throws out a peace sign to the class and smiles. Haruko looks bored but is really amazed.>
*Haruko: Is that really his last name? I remember hearing that name before… I hope he doesn’t have the rest of my classes with me.
Teacher: Okay. now that the class knows how you are, go and take a seat and you can listen to everyone’s reports and get to know them. You’re up next Nina.

Noata: Hey, you want to see my schedule?
< Hands it to Haruko and she scans it over>
* Haruko: Great, he has the same schedule as me. What else can go wrong?

Teacher: Haruko, since you have the same classes as Noata here, you can be his guide today. If you do, you get extra credit. < She thinks about it.>
Haruko: < mad> Fine, but I better get a letter grade up!!!

Scene three: Street to Haruko’s house

< Haruko is walking home as usual and it is almost sundown.>
* Haruko: < sighs> Today has been chaos. Today my ‘new classmate’, Noata, was embarrassing me right and left! There were also a few rumors floating around him. They say at his other school, that he was also known as ‘Vespa guy’. They also say that he goes around at night attacking perverted people and leaves a mark. But, I’m not perverted, so maybe that’s why it didn’t leave one on me. Usually nothing happens here in this town, only the ordinary. I wished something exciting would happen and looks like I got what I wanted. <’Come Down’ starts to play> All I need is for him to start living at my house and I will be stressing beyond my normal point. < Opens door and walks in house >
Haruko: MOM!! I’m home!!< Closes door behind her and drops her stuff by closet>
Mom: Hey Haruko, guess what? We finally got someone to rent our room for the last month! Isn’t that great?
Haruko: Really?
Noata: YO!! < She spots Noata and screams>
Haruko: Why is the Vespa guy doing here? < Barely an inch away from moms face>
Mom: He’s the one who rented the room out. Although he is going to sleep in your room for a couple of weeks or until we get the guest room cleaned out.
Noata: Isn’t that nice? We get to have a month long sleepover!!
Haruko: Yeah right!! Like I’m going to share my room!! < Runs into her room and paces around.> Things around here are getting too crazy.
*Haruko: Man, This is really bad. the last time she rented out that room to a guy that she was cheating on my dad with. Maybe she’s got another ……..
Haruko: What the!?!? AAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!! < Calms down a little and pushes horn down and horn goes down with pressure> Hm… Guess I just have to keep it down. < Lets go > ow!!
Mom: Haruko!!!! Come down and eat!!!! < Sounds concerned>
Haruko: Okay!!!!!!!!!!! < Comes down to kitchen>
Noata: what’s with the band-aid?
Haruko: I hit my head on the table when I was trying to find my textbook.
Noata: Really? Let me see!!< Tries to take off the band-aid but Haruko moves away>
Haruko: No way! It will hurt if you try to take it off.
Noata: Okay, fair enough. < Tries to take off her band-aid again but Haruko moves just in time and Noata is on the floor face down>
Haruko: I’m going to the hospital to make sure that my bump on my head isn’t serious.

Scene four: Hospital

< Bright light turns on with Haruko lying on an examining table>
Noata: Haruko, looks like you have Flictonic Clipper Waver Syndrome. It’s a condition when kids try too hard and horns grow out of there heads. I only know one other person with this syndrome.
Haruko: Furi… Kuri? Fooly Cooly? Wait a minute, who was the other person who had this condition?
Noata: It was your father. And you know what? < Shows real doctors are tied up in cabinet > I’m not a real doctor.
Haruko: Really? You know my father? If you really know him, what’s his name?
Noata: Nandaba Noata. Also you should know about the FLCL incident before I say anything else. < Flashes of FLCL come on and off at frightening speed.> my mom, Haruhara Haruko, came to this planet to free Atomsk, king of the space pirates, for her own selfish reasons. The only way was to use your dads N.O. portal. But some how your father changed her and thus came me. After a few years after she left earth, your dad got married and had you. Now, we are the ones to carry on the FLCL legacy.
Haruko: < scared and traumatized jumps off of the table and runs out the door. Noata chases her all around the hospital> you’re a freak!!!
Noata :< after he lost her> Haru!!! Haruko!! Where are you? Haruko!!!!!!
Setting: Outside of school around 10:30
*Haruko: Things are getting too weird around here!! I might as well live at school. I don’t know why Noata told me about his mom and my dad had a “mouth to mouth relationship. Maybe it’s because he …..
Haruko: It grew!! Now what I’m I going to do!?!?!?! < Robots come out of her head>
Noata: What happened!?! < Just rode there on his vespa>
< Noata recognized its Canti.(red) Canti is fighting robot head that got severed from getting out of the portal. The two keep fighting while Noata and Haruko are talking>
Haruko: Those things just came out of my head!!!
Noata: That’s weird. That wasn’t supposed to happen. < Canti comes crashing down next to Haruko and Noata and somehow Haruko gets her shirt caught on Canti’s back. Canti Jumps up onto the school roof and takes Haruko with him. When Canti finished off the robot head, Noata hits Canti on the back of his head and breaks the back of his head (again) and Canti turns blue.>
Haruko: Thanks for saving me. Now can you unhook me? Hey am I talking to myself? < Noata examining Canti to make sure it is him> Hello!! Get me off of this robot!! Hellllllllloooooooooooooo!!!
Noata: Nice to see you again Canti. < Haruko keeps yelling for help and the scene blacks out.>

Scene five: Haruko’s room around noon on a Saturday

< Haruko is in bed with her eyes closed and ‘Nightmare’ is playing in the background >
*Haruko: It has been a couple of days since Noata ‘helped’ me deal with the robots that came out of my head. It seems that he knows the robot with a T.V. head since he keeps calling him Canti. I have hardly got any sleep for the past few days. I keep having these nightmares that Noata and I are actually a couple. These dreams are freaking me out of my mind. And the bad thing is that my grades are slipping and Noata is still embarrassing me at school. < Smells something> Hey, what’s that smell? < Opens eyes a little (song is at ‘however’) and spots Noata is in bed with her >
Haruko: Gaaa!! < Fall out of bed > how many times do I have to tell you to not sleep in my bed!! Why don’t you sleep some where else!?!?!
Noata: I am sleeping in your bed because there is no where else to sleep. What do you expect, my rooms all cluttered and I haven’t bought my bed yet.
Haruko: Well you can sleep in the hallway!! < Opens door to hallway and they see Haruko’s mom in front of the doorway with a glass to her ear> Fine!! You get the closet!!
Noata: But I don’t want to sleep in the closet!!< Grabs Haruko from the back> I want to sleep with you!!!!!!!
Haruko: < blushes red and pushes Noata off> Well you can’t!
I am going out for some air. See you later. < Walks out, Noata follows her and is not seen He is riding on his Vespa. >
Setting: outside walking down the street.
* Haruko: I haven’ been myself after the ‘FLCL incident’. I mean, between the dreams and the robots coming out of my head, everything is still pretty normal. I know that Noata might be a space alien just looking for Atomsk or he is really trying to help me with my empty head. < Sighs> At least nothing else has happened. < A guy with weird eyebrows rides up to her.>
Eyebrow guy: Hey there. I’ve heard from somewhere that robots came out of your head.
Haruko: If you’re trying to hit on me it’s not working. Get lost. < Turns a corner>
Eyebrow guy: I can help you stop the robot coming out of you head.
Haruko: No thanks, I don’t want to get ripped off today, so find some other chump.
Eyebrow guy: I’m serious. I can help you. All you have to do is come with me to the laboratory to take a few tests and see how far you are in the process.
Haruko: No way I am going with you child molester. Freak with seaweed for eyebrows.
Eyebrow guy: Okay. then, looks like we will have to do this the hard way. < Takes out a cloth soaked with chloroform and covers Haruko’s mouth>
Haruko: < mumbles> what za fellll…….. < Falls asleep>
< Eyebrow guy put Haruko on his bike and drives off and Noata follows them>

Scene six: Laboratory in Arvin (raining with lightning)

Haruko: Ug… What happened? Huh!?! Hey!! Where am I? How did I get here!?! And why am I tied to a chair?!?!?! Let me out of here!!!!
Eyebrow guy: Sorry, no can do. You are in a government laboratory that trying to cure all of humanity of N.O. This way, no one has to suffer the same fate as you or your father.
Haruko: My father? How do you know him? And what is N.O. anyway? What does it stand for? Tell me everything before you even try anything on me.
Eyebrow guy: O.k. I’ll be straight forward with you. I am Commander Amarao. I work secretly for The Foreign Embassy department of the government. This group knows that aliens exist, and try to keep them from the public. Thus, you are a big problem. I have fake eyebrows made of nori, or, as you said, seaweed which protects me from N.O. N.O. stands for Normally Open. This condition utilizes the left and right sides of the brain, causing a wormhole that can bring anything from anywhere in the universe.
Haruko: Cool!!
Amarao: Be quiet!! I’m trying to explain to you how dangerous this power is!! < An inch away from Haruko’s face, frustrated. Haruko is now scared and even more stressed out. > With your N.O. open, that means that whenever you are in extreme stress, something will come out of your head!! < Horn starts growing out of the back of Haruko’s head so Amarao doesn’t notice.> we don’t know what will come through!! We have to find a way to close it for good!! No matter what the cost!!
*Haruko: When I thought I was going to die, the unexpected happened.
< Noata takes off his disguise and attacks Amarao with his guitar. Haruko’s horn pops and she has her own guitar (like her dad’s but pink). The guitar cuts the ropes that where tied her down. Then the guitar floats over to Haruko and lands in her hands. She gets the Idea and hits Amarao on the head and tears off his eyebrows.>
Amarao: Oh no! My eyebrows! Where did they go? < Looks for them on the ground.>
Haruko: Right here, moron!! < waves them in front of his face and she is standing next to Noata. Noata is surprised on how she is progressing.>
Noata: You’re being bad!! Good Job!! < Gives a thumbs up.> you are also really good with your guitar for your first try. < Looks at her suspiciously.>
Haruko: Well, I guess I learned a lot form watching you practice in the back yard.
Noata: You where watching me! Okay. Now you are getting really good!
< Amarao makes a grab for his eyebrows but ends up getting kicked by Haruko’s shoe.>
Haruko: You do that again and you will be tasting more then my shoe.
< Amarao cowards in fear. Haruko is really ticked off.>
Noata: Are you always like this when you’re pissed off?
Haruko: yes. I am always like this when I’m mad. Now, what should we do with him?
Noata: I have an Idea. < They tie him to a chair and leave him on the roof. As the two walk away you can hear the yells of ‘help’ in the distance and the scene darkens>

Scene seven: Haruko’s house

< Haruko is in the living room, pretending to read so no one would bother her>
*Haruko: After that day when that weird eyebrow guy kidnapped me and Noata helped me escape is still in my mind. Why did I act that way? It was like all of my rage came out at that very moment. And that was just a 1/10 of my anger that I have carried on my shoulders. What if I let it all go in one go? I don’ know why that happened but now every time Noata comes close to me, I get this strange feeling that I can’t really place. Maybe I am getting a …. < Horn grows out of her head>
Haruko: NOT AGAIN!!!!!
Noata: < sticks his head out from the doorway> another horn?
Haruko: Yeah, it’s another horn. I hate this. Everyone is suspicious. Everyone at school tries to take off my hat to see what I am hiding and I have to hide. I wish I could just yank it out. < Walks outside>
Noata: You really want that horn to pop? < Follows her outside>
Haruko: Yeah! I hate this stupid thing! I would do anything to get rid of it before tomorrow morning. < Sits down on grass>
Noata: Okay. then, I know a way to get that thing to pop. < sits down too. Looks a little sly>
Haruko: Really!?! Tell me how!!
Noata: Okay then < Noata kisses Haruko. Haruko just stays stiff and starts to go red. The horn pops and a box comes out. Haruko is too stunned to notice. > Look, a box!!
Haruko… < She falls backwards. Noata comes close enough to pick her up.>
Haruko: why, why, why……< starts to really blush> why did you do that!?!
Noata: you wanted your horn gone right?
< Haruko just stands there. Noata goes to the living room again.>
*Haruko: I don’t know why I was so surprised that he kissed me. But all I know is that for some reason, I liked it.
< Mom comes in and has a strained look on her face>
Noata: are you alright! < looks really close. Haruko really starts to freak out.>
Mom: did he just kiss you?!?!
< Mom and Haruko argue for most of the day, Noata just watching.>

Scene eight: Haruko’s room

< Haruko is in her bed, twisting and turning from a nightmare she is having. Her alarm clock wakes her up>
*Haruko: I had another bad dream last night. It was horrible. I saw Noata kissing some other girl and I accidentally walked in on them but I was far enough for them not to notice me. < Gets out of bed> But, when I think about it, Noata is being a little too normal. He actually opened a door for me instead of hitting me with it!! He was also playing his guitar. He only plays his guitar when he is in a good mood. What ever he is up to, I am going to find out. after that indecent with that eyebrow guy, I carry around my guitar just in case he wants revenge.
Setting: after school.
*Haruko: < walking> so far so good. Other then Noata being normal, he hung out with me all day. I don’t mean in a perverted way, I mean in a friendly way, but not that friendly but, never mind. I just have to follow him after school…
Noata: Hey, Haruko! Do you want to go paintball? I need one more player!!
Haruko: Sure!!
Setting: paint ball field
* Haruko: < hiding behind a tree.> this seems so like my dream. I remember having a gun in my hand when I saw them. < Haruko spots Noata and follows him. Noata goes around a tree and she goes after him. When she turns the corner she sees Noata and a girl kissing. Noata is freaked out and is even more freaked out because he spots Haruko. A horn comes out of her head.>
Haruko: you…you…you…you jerk!!! < is so anger she shoots paintballs at Noata and the girl. The girl gets away but Noata is in hot pursuit by Haruko. Haruko keeps shooting at Noata. She runs out of paintballs and throws down the gun then pulls out her guitar.>
Noata: Stop!! I can explain!! I really can!!< Doges swing.>
Haruko: You better run if you want to live!! < Noata runs. Haruko follows him.>
< Amarao is in a tree with a partner. They are watching Haruko in her rage.>
Amarao: Talking into a walky-talky > Lieutenant Kitsurubami, Do you read me?
Kitsurubami: I read you loud and clear. < Looking at the group>
Amarao: can you see what they are doing?
Kitsurubami: Looks like the girl is in an absolute rage. She is really mad.
Amarao: Do you know why? < Moves eyebrow.>
Kitsurubami: No, they where behind a tree when she became enraged.
Amarao: Well, wait for my signal before you attack. We don’t know what she is capable of.
Kitsurubami: copy that.

Noata: Please let me explain!! < He is on his knees>
Haruko: Okay. one chance. But if it is not good, you’re dead!
Noata: Okay. < calms down and tells his story.> I was looking for a place to hide…
< It goes to a flashback>
Girl: Hey sweetie
Noata: Yeah, hi. I think you have the wrong person.
Girl: That’s the point.
Noata: and that’s what happened.
Haruko: Oh, I thought you where trying to get another horn out of my head. < Both sigh of relief >
Noata: well, I wasn’t. < Both get shot out of nowhere.>
Haruko: Hey!! Who shot us!?!?! < Both look up>
Noata: Joseph!! Why did you shoot us!?! You are on our team!!
Joseph: cuz I can.

Scene nine: Haruko’s room

< Haruko is outside wearing a hat in her head. Noata is standing behind her.>
*Haruko: Ever since Noata came to this town, everything has been out of whack. First the horns, then that freak of a girl comes and… well. It seems that everything in this town is the only thing on this earth. Like there is on outside world. Everyday we spend there is a lifetime of dying slowly. Ever since Noata came to this town, he reminded me that there is an outside world. And I thank him for that.
Mom: HARUKO!!!!!! GET OVER HERE!!!!!!!!
< Haruko snaps out of her thinking and runs over to her mom and Noata follows.>
Mom: < pictures in her hand > what is this? < Shows a Photoshop altered picture that is Noata and Haruko kissing>
Noata & Haruko: that pictures fake!!
Haruko: that picture was altered. That is not us!! Who sent you that anyway?
Mom: someone named Amarao. I thank him too. I have got to keep you guys apart now.
Haruko: That jerk!! I’ll kill him!! < Grabs here guitar and runs out the door.>
Noata: Haruko!! Wait for me!! < grabs his Vespa and his own guitar and catches up with her. Haruko is breathing really hard. She spots Noata and hops on his Vespa.>
Haruko: Thanks a lot Noata. < Blushes>
Noata: No problem. Let’s head out to the school instead of hunting down Amarao.
Your horn hasn’t popped yet and they will try to take you in for experimentation again.
Haruko: All right, fair enough. < They both reach the school. > Ow!! My head!! I think the horn is going to pop. It’s something big. < Suddenly, a guitar with a Flying V and a Gibson that are combined with an arm holding on to it swings and hits Noata on the head. From out of Haruko’s head, Noata’s mom (Haruko in the original FLCL) comes out. At the same time, Noata gets a horn and Haruko’s dad (Noata in the original FLCL except older) comes out.>
Haruko: Dad!?!?
Noata: Mom!?!?
Takkun (Haruko’s dad): You’re his mom!?!?
Haru (Noata’s mom): You’re her dad!?!?
Haruko and Noata :< looking at each other. Simultaneously > this is weird!!!

Scene Ten : Haruko’s room

Setting: Dining room
< Everyone is at the table and having a good time except Haruko>
*Haruko: I have never seen my dad smile like that before. And what’s up with Noata? He’s acting like his old self again. It has been almost a year since my dad has been back. I’m glad he is, but something tells me that there is something bigger is going down.
Haruko: Noata, how come you didn’t tell me that you had N.O. too? I mean, my dad came out of your head and your mom came out of mine. Don’t you think that’s strange?
Noata: Don’t worry about it! Everything is going to be fine!
Haru: Hey Takkun! What have you been doing for the past 20 or so years?
Takkun: I have been looking for you. < Blushes> Honestly, I have forgotten all about you and the FLCL incident until I was hit on the head by some stranger. Then all of my memories at that time came flooding back to me.
Haru: really? < Smirks> did you miss me? < Leans in on him>
Takkun: < blushes really red and leans in too> Yeah, I really did… I still love you Haruko.
Haru: I know you do Takkun.
*Haruko: For some reason, I wanted to tell Noata that I liked him right on the spot, but I didn’t. It was like an invisible wall was in-between me and Noata at the time. But when I really think about it, I have all the time in the world to tell him. At least, I think so…
Haruko: I’m going to bed.
Haru: Uh oh! Looks like you have a picky eater Takkun! That’s a sign of troubled youth!
Takkun: Yeah, remember when I did that when you first came here?
Haru: yeah!! And < voices starts to become muttering>
Haruko: There in a good mood. < Looks forward again>
Noata :< right behind her > Where are you going?
Haruko: Going to bed, like I said.
Noata: well just try not to think about it too much. That’s what I do and that’s why not as many things come out of my head. < Heads back to dinning room.>

Scene eleven: Haruko’s room

* Haruko: after this class, I am free for the weekend! I can’t wait for the final bell to ring. < The bell rings and everyone runs out>
Haruko: Finally!! Freedom!! < Stretches>
Noata: < really loud> HEEEEEEEEEY HARUKO!!!!
Haruko: < not surprised> Oh, hey Noata. < Continues walking off campus>
Noata: you want to come to the dance with me?
Haruko: what dance? < Noata points at a huge poster stating: Come to the Harvest Dance!!!> Oh, that dance. Sorry, I can’t. I have a lot of homework to do tonight, so I can’t.
Noata: No we don’t!! We have the same classes remember? Come on!! Let’s go!!
Haruko: My dad is more then likely going to say no, Noata.
< Camera spins to Haruko’s dad.>
Takkun: Sure you can go. Have fun you two!!
Haruko: But why!!!!!!
Takkun: Because I am not going to be home tonight and your mom is taking a year long vacation to Hawaii.
Haruko: Hawaii!?!? Since when!!! < Freaks out>
Takkun: Since today! You are going to that dance and that is final!!
Haruko: Since when did you become an adult? < Leaves and locks her self in her room>
* Haruko: what’s up with dad? Before Haru came, he was one of these I-don’t-care-what-you-do-as-long-as-you-don’t-burn-the-house-down parents. I wonder what made him Mr. Concern. < Three hours later>
Noata: Are you ready yet? < Noata is in a tuxedo> Just because I said it was a formal dance doesn’t mean you have to dress that formally.
< Door opens and Noata’s jaw falls to the ground. >
Haruko: I feel ridiculous! < Haruko is dressed in a pink blouse, skirt, purse, and hat and is wearing high heels. She takes her first step and trips head first.> Ow! I hit my head! I tripped on the stupid carpet. < Noata helps her up, still staring. Haruko notices.> Thanks. What are you staring at?
Noata: Nothing, Nothing… < Haruko and Noata walk to the living room. Takkun and Haru are sitting on the sofa.>
Takkun: look at my little girl!!
Haru: and look at my little boy!!
Haruko and Noata: < simultaneously> I’m not little!!!
Takkun: whatever. Off to the dance you two!! < Both start pushing them out the door>
Haru: Yeah! Don’t want to be late! Bye!!!< Door slams right behind Haruko and Noata. They both get on Noata’s Vespa and ride off to the school dance.>

Scene twelve Setting: school cafeteria

Haruko :< getting up off of the ground.> your driving sucks!! < Dusts herself off>
Noata: At least we got here in time!!! < gets up and locks his Vespa up. They both notice that everyone is in costume. They look at the banner again and see at the bottom in small print: Bring along a costume!! Haruko stares Noata down >
Haruko: ‘Dress up formally’ huh? Well, we can’t go back to my house so… < she takes out two masks from her purse. One is black and the other pink. She hands the black one to Noata. She puts the pink one on. Noata is in confusion. >
Noata: Where did you get the masks Haruko?
Haruko: I made them. That is why it took me so long for me to get ready. This way, no one will recognize us. We can say that we are wearing costumes. Also, no one will ever expect me wearing a dress and high-heels. Good thing I am used to them already.
Noata: shall we go in? < Holds out his arm>
Haruko: Yes we shall. < links her arms to his. They both walk in.>
* Haruko: I don’t know why but I actually wanted to go out with Noata. Something tells me that this is not going to be a regular night out. I sense something bigger in the works.>
< Noata and Haruko dance to ‘Beautiful Morning with You’ and a few other songs. A slow song comes on and Haruko starts walking to the side.>
Haruko: Let’s sit this song out. < Grabs the nearest open chair.>
Noata: Why don’t we dance this one?
Haruko: < her stomach is turning.> Fine. < They walk over to the dance floor and start to dance. Haruko starts to blush. The spotlight is on them.>
Noata: Why are you blushing so much now a days, Haruko? Is there some-
Haruko: < in a whisper> don’t use my name! I don’t want anyone to know it is me under this mask. < Looks around to make sure no one is eavesdropping.>
Noata :< whispers too> Why not? It is no big deal that the other kids know that it is just you.
Haruko: it is a big deal! Every year someone says that I am dating or crushing on some guy that I am friends with. I got sick and tired of it, so I switched schools for the past seven years. I got sick of all the kids picking on me. So for the past two years, I have only had girls as friends, and I tell you, I have been very lonely. Yet, people say that I like some guy I hardly know. This year they have given me a break, but I do not want to give them an opportunity to start up again. That why I completely froze when you… um… you know…
Noata: So that is why you freaked out! Now I understand! You are afraid of a guy likening you …huh? < Haruko looks away, nodding> I knew it!! So is that why you want to be left alone half of the time? So no one will say things about you? < Haruko nods again.> you think about everyone else before you even consider yourself huh?
Haruko: Y-yeah…but it is also about…It’s just that…I think I… I think I…I lo- AHH!!! < She runs out the door. Noata follows her outside.>

< Haruko runs outside, her head throbbing. Noata gets there guitars out of his Vespa.>
* Haruko: Where do the lies end and the truth begin? I pondered this question for a very long time… but I think today is when everything got worse, and the lies and truth just got puréed in a blender. < She takes off her hat.>
Haruko: Noata… Noata, something is going to come out!!!
Noata: Don’t worry! I got this under control!! < Haruko’s horn pops. It ends up being part of the core to release Atomsk. Noata hits the core with his guitar around ten times.>
I told you I had this under control. < He throws the core in his Vespa along with there guitars. > You alright?
Haruko: Yeah. I’m alright. < Picks up her hat> we should go home.
Noata: Why don’t we stay at the dance? Come on!!
Haruko: < Takes her hand back.> No, we have to go home so my dad can tell me what that thing is. I don’t want anything big to happen.
Noata: all right. Let’s go. < He is kind of disappointed.>
* Haruko: I don’t know why, but for my entire life, I have been afraid of being touched by other people of socializing. It is like an invisible barrier that keeps me from the outside. For once, I let this shield down for just a moment and I almost said that… I think I am going to keep my shield up for a long time. < Noata and Haruko walk to the door and it is slightly ajar. They hear there parents talking about something.>
Haru: This goes here! Not there!! < A loud crashing noise can be heard.>
Takkun: Alright! Here goes nothing! < Haruko and Noata open the door and see that there parents are surrounded by what looks like car parts. They where trying to get two gears to mesh together.>
Haru: Haruko!! < She tries to hide the parts by laying on them.>
Takkun: H-H-Haruko!! Why are you guys home so early? < He is blocking the way in. >
Haruko: < trying to look inside.> My N.O. portal opened again and… WHAT THE HEAK ARE YOU GUYS DOING IN THERE!?!?!?
Noata: well… It was going to be a surprise but…
Haruko: What? What is it? < She is jumping up and down in excitement.>
Haru: It’s a Vespa!! Like mine but pink!!
Haruko: Really!?!? You guys are the greatest!!!!!!!!!
