Part 1
I’ve been happy since harukp last came here, I felt like supperman. Like everything
would be okay now that she is here. That her and I could do anything together.My
father has been kind of jealous of or “relationship” since she has came back.
It’s actually kind of pathetic.
“Haruko want to come to the store!” “sure thing naota be right
there” I like her calling me by my real name, not the nicknames that have stuck
with me for so long. I waited out of the house for her in my red vespa I got
after she left the first time. I needed to get around,”ohhhhhh you got a vespa
too takkun?” “yeah, i got it after you left”. Then the ride there wasn’t too
talkative. When we finally got to the market I had haruko get some stuff while
i got the rest, but she did something else….something that surprised me…..something
that broke my heart……. “WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!?!?!?!” “He was sweet and was
really nice to me. You would’ve done the same” “If I was a girl and had a boyfriend
I wouldn’t have said yes to a date!!!!” “Look naota, your always going to be
my little takkun, I’am just going to go on one date with this guy names Adam
and then never see him again” “(sigh) well fine, did you get the stuff I needed”?
“uhhhhhhhhhh, welll about that…….” I seemed calm I know, but I was about
to burst into tears what I heard what she did……It was worse then her leaving.
Later that night haruko was doing something in the bathroom all
night. And there wasn’t any lund noises coming from there except the beating
of my heart that was going very fast since and the flashback of me shedding
a tear on the way home. Are you almost done haruko” “yea iam done now”. Then
she came out…..I was….I was …..jealous,angry,and sad. Haruko came out
of the bathroom with a black dress on with nice earing, high-heals, and lipstick.
Then I put my head down, ready to cry my girl friend was going out with another
guy and she looked amazing. I put my head down and said “You never dressed that
nice for me” “It’s one date naota, that’s it. I will go out with you next week,
and i’ll dress even nicer. I really am sorry.” She hugged me close to her chest
“okay, but only one date”
After she was picked up by Adam I managed to take a look at him.
He was a little bigger, and older then me. He had black hair and wore some average
pants with a nice shirt on. But the thing i dispised about him the most was
the cocky smile he had on his face, it burned me just as much as the aftershock
of harukos leaving did. I wasn’t letting her get away again not this time……
Part 2
I rode away following them on the vespa, carring both my gitars with me ( I
do now most days) close enough to see them, but far away enough to make sure
they didn’t see me. They both enterd this fancy place called ‘The Flaming Samon’.
I got peerched up on a hill close by it and got canti to come up with me and
give me binoculars. They were just talking for most of the time, just laughing
and and eating. But then things went downhill, I think she told him that she
was seeing someone he got mad. He started shouting, yelling, and screaming.
He jumped out of his chair and bursted out the door, Haruko followed. I saw
hoim rwalking out to a street were no one was. Then the was blackness I couldn’t
see them anymore. Then I heard a scream, it was Haruko’s I ran out toward then
clenching on to them as tight as I could. I saw haruko on the ground with Adam
no longer smiling but furious, hw pulled out something from his backpack, it
was a guitar! he was about to hit haruko with it but befioore he did I smacked
him with Haruko’s old one(my off hand> He stood up and said “this was the pathetic
boyfriend” He rose coming at me but before he could do that harukoo managed
to take one on mine and beat him from behind. He was done, but he just rose
and stood and said to me “You think she was the only one to affected by haruko’s
charm and be push around, do you think you were the only one that had your heart
crushed by this monster, do you think you were the only one to have your life
be changed he her, do you think you were the only one to have been hit by her
guitar when she was riding on her vespa?” My eyes wided not beliveing what I
heard, but then it kept ringing in my head. I stood up crying I couldn’t say
a word i just walked over to him, stood at his face and slamed both my guitars,
as hard as I ever did and knocked him down once more, he wasn’t dead he was
just uncouncous. I faced Haruko and wailed out “explain things to me NOW!”
Part 3
When I took Haruko home she explained everything, how I wasn’t the only one
who she wacked with a guitar and made lives change forever. That guy Adam was
just another one who was there at the right place at the right time. I saw him
at school the day before him and Haruko met at the market. When I went to school
the other day lots of people kept talking about how I beat down a guy from America,
they are supposed to be tuff or something.
Also when they lurned that haruko had come back and is dating
me they were all over it, even the school newspaper, I think they called her
the “kiss-kiss” girl. I appolgized to Adam about the whole incodent and he just
said get out of my way and pushed me aside… I guess that’s a life lesson I’ll
never undestand I was talking to Mamimi the other day under the bridge about
it(she usally comes back to visit this town once a month, shes a good photographer).
She aid I told you you guys would end up together Takkun. I just smiled and
aksed her why she keeps coming under this bridge she just laughed and said this
is my home, i can never get this place out of my mind So I went out with Haruko
the other night and she dreesed up justlike she did for Adam and she smiled
and said “Are you ready to go handsome” and I winked back and said of course
beautifull” and we wnet out and had a great dinner, even though there was food
poisioning….wait….yep….food poisioning……
