I'm really new to this site and I was just wondering:
Does Haruko's talking to the cat mean anything at all?

( I have a vague Idea but I'll listen to what other people post first. )

Yeah, he means if you eat to much and not work out, you could end up really fat like him, it just wish GAINAX didnt get a close up of that cats balls. :oops:

there is, I believe it was something about showing Naota's emotions, it was relaxed, and calm most of the time, and when Haruko started messing with Miyu-Miyu he got mad/annoyed.

something like that, I forget where I saw that.

I think there could also be something like that compared to takkun, but there's not enough "happy" naota to really cement that theory.

Excited, jumping around, wanting to be somwhere else...

that could be good since takkun is smaller (and in ep. 2 gets pushed around by) miyu-miyu... and is always around mamimi (though maybe by force)

that's a good solution if there's a connection.
