So blacks don't like to eat watermelon and chicken?

I know the point you're trying to get across. Or at least I'm pretty sure. I'm not saying the things stereotypes say are always wrong all of the time, they just usually are wrong most of the time.

For instance, as far as I know not all "blacks" eat watermelon and chicken. I do though.

The only reason stereotypes get popular is for that they're mostly true. Obviously there's always going to be black sheep who don't follow the stereotype.

I only have one term to reply to that with: self-fulfilling prophecy.

Ordinarily I'd elaborate but after my last post I honestly cba.
