This is going to be the extension of "what are you listening to right now?" I noticed that on the actual thread everyone posts what they are listening to of course, but no one really posts what they thought of other people's songs very often, if at all for long periods of time. I know if you are especially interested in another persons song you can just post there so you wouldn't need a thread for that, but that's not the point of this thread.
Basically what this thread will be used for is for the people out there that actually look at what other people post on that thread and listen to the songs/like them as well. Whenever you see a post someone else made and actually liked the song you can list it here. The difference is here you will have ONE post and you will edit it periodically to reduce spam/redundancy. That means when you want to add another song you will just edit your post, for you slow people out there. Preferably you would make sections for different usernames that posted them.
Not only is this a good idea for people who want to tell other people their favorite songs other people have posted, but if people are interested in seeing what others think of their music they can come here, scan your post to see, and leave (which is why it is more convenient if you make sections for individuals). Another benefit of course would be seeing more people liking the song. If a lot of people like it there's a better chance it's a good song, and a better chance that you'll want to check it out as well. This will also elicit more posts in the other thread, which is always good.
Obviously if none of you pay attention to what other people post on that thread this thread will not interest you, but I thought it'd be an interesting/efficient way to go about it. Keep in mind this is not somewhere to just talk about random songs you like. It's about songs someone else posted.
Try your best to keep your posts small. By that I do not mean I don't want you to type a lot, because I want you to do as much as you can (obviously, or this thread would be useless). What I mean is if you could format it in a way that it doesn't take up too much space in the thread that would be great. Otherwise it may get too big and become a problem. Some ideas would be keeping everything together, bolding/colouring certain things so it's still organized, making text small but still legible at some points, etc. I will show you what I mean in the next post, which is going to be my own list:
