i remember back when i frequented hentaipalm they had a big lucky star update cause a lot of people wanted it, and i was all like pfft and they were all like *fap fap* and i was all like screw you fags, im lookin at random yuri pics...

i haven't been to hentaipalm in FOREVER...it was kind of a sucky sight...all the good stuff you had to pay for...i also remember the lolicon raids that the US government did...i was all like 'wtf thats stupid' and hentaipalm was all like 'OMG WE GONNA BE DOWN FOR LIKE FOREVER WITH NO FREEMEMBERS AND SHIT'

I've seen most of the show so far an i really do enjoy it. Yes it caters to otaku and fanboys, but that's why people like it. I don't see where the hentai discussion comes from, yea nearly every anime has hentai, just ignore it. The show itself is cute, its funny, and it makes no sense. I mean i think its a fun show about the life of an otaku and her friends from the same distorted mind that brought us "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya". Hammm, I agree that the show really does lack substance, it has no discernable plot to speak of except the lives of a bunch of highschool japanese girls. But i disagree that it lacks originality, the entire show is parody and commentary on the anime and videogame world in general. I also don't see where you are coming from when u say it is "Fanservice to ... Pedophiles". This show has some of the least amount of even vaguely sexual content of most anime out now, les than Haruhi, and much less than FLCL. The small amount of the show that even somewhat discusses sex is in the general converstion of high school girls, and its just stuff that would normally be talked about by people their age.

+ Lucky Star pisses me off. Way too boring and pointless for my tastes. The only good part is the very end of each episode, when the split-personalitied pink-haired chick shows up. Makes me lol every time.
