Thinking about one of YR's posts. He was right somewhat...
People come here originally for FLCL posting... We can't put them down by saying "PPFF NO WE TALKED ABOUT ALL THIS ALREADY". Instead now I am discouraging those kind of post, and making sure that posting in the FLCL discussion board ON TOPIC is encouraged, and that people actually respond to newcomers posts in there.
Also I am going to have put down some of the spam in the Introduction thread. Its gotten to a point where it is really really harming the sight.
You can still "spam" in there but not as much and you must stop when I deem so, or I shall lock the thread. Also off topic discussions in there must be productive... not random stupidity.
Also barely any spam at all in all the FLCLW boards, the entertainment section, news, submit, anime and manga...
Lounge and Off topic is ok for the most part with spam...

I do agree. If we did that, then some of the newer members will stay on longer.
It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather we should thank god that such men lived.

Don't delete old posts. We have a decent flcl database thats from 2 or 3 year old posts.

well. . .to some members. . . .those posts hold lots of memories and serve as a sort of memorandum of those who used to be/still are on this site.
and more often than not, i find myself looking back at those old threads and seeing what the members were like. ^.^ i enjoy it personally.
