yeah, guitar hero IS so much better.........if you're overweight.
The only people who are against DDR are fat people, 'cause they can't play it. I believe that one of the reasons for me staying in shape is playing DDR. It's amazing the excersise you get when playing it!
As for guitar hero....it's okay, my friend has it and it's pretty fun, but it just doesn't compaire to DDR. They're two TOTALLY different games that you can't compaire side by side. With DDR you're moving your legs and getting excersise, and with guitar hero you're just moving your fingers.
something amazing wrote:I, I'm not fat! Pretty much every vidio game doesn't require much movement at all, but does that make all gamers fat? And in that respect, guitar hero makes you move around a lot more than all of those. Guitar hero was given a much higher score in game informer than any DDR game, and I have a lot better time with it than DDR. As for DDR as an exersice routine.... I doubt it has anywhere near the potential healthwise to be as good for you as actually exersicing. I mean, if you think about it it's really just a weird form of jogging in place.
something amazing wrote:whoa whoa whoa! since when has it been that because something is more popular does it mean it is better? And as far as the music itself goes, from what I've heard, the music in DDR is really generic. And bad. On the other hand Guitar Hero uses lots of real rock and punk peices from the 90's to today. I acctually don't own Guitar Hero or DDR, but I've played a lot with both and I had more fun with Guitar Hero.
