Not a problem, considering my work schedule allows me that flexibility to be online everyday.

It gave me a serious headache the first time looking at it :cry:

But CD's right. It's the same situation as me. I come on here often, but I just started so no one knows if I am going to stay here for an extended amount of period, or just for a month or two. I think it should be people who have been on here for at least... 1 year? I think that sounds fair.

I would volunteer (having been regularly active for several years now), but I wouldn't really have time for any responsibilities besides deleting bot posts.

It sounds like the best thing to do is some combination of the two ideas... Keep the site as it is, for the most part, but update it and add the ability for moderators to approve additions to the site (like fan fics).

As for new mods... I think it's about time for another moderator election... Letting you guys vote works way better than having me just pick someone.

Actually, that didn't really work out that well, HaFan pretty much vanished the instant he was made a mod. We need the cool mods back, like Amy and the others. William too, but to a much lesser extent. Giving him ban power was a bad idea, he isn't mature enough for that kind of responsibility.

It would have to be someone that is knowledgable about the anime and the site, and actually gives a damn.

If it was just for a general forum mod things would be different, but we need someone to manage the site.
