well a frined of mine made a drawing of it...and he said "FLCL PWNS" i didnt think much of it, but i saw an episode on adult swim and recgonized one of the characters form my friends drawing, and it liked the episode, so i got all 6 episodes and watched them...thats how i found FLCL

and naota is just a kid, he starts of boring, but as he realizes how much he is in love with her, the less broing and less of a kid he becomes, all thanks to harukos guitar

On top of the Medical Mechanica building in "Full Swing", Haruko reaches inside Naota's N.O. portal to extract his guitar. This is the only instance in the series in which Haruko does not need her bass to evoke Naota's portal. While she reached inside, see says, "I didn't know boys felt like this from behind." This has implications of anal sex, but more realistically, sexual intercourse. Notice the role reversal; Haruko is the domineering person who is "going inside" while Naota complains,"Don't go so fast- it won't pop." As we see blood splattering all over and on Haruko's hands, that signifies Naota's defloration. Haruko pays no heed to Naota's plea and continues to reach inside and grab the Flying V.

After Naota "gives birth" to the Flying V, Haruko leaves him to deal with the bomb. Only after does Naota handle the bomb with success does Haruko step in and swing at it. The situation alludes to a single mother struggling with her child, while the person responsible abandons her because of a lack of responsibility. The father enters the child's life only when he sees that it is safe to do so; not requiring much financial or time commitment.

Although Naota is a "pussy", he is the Man because he swung the bat.
