My favorite, and incidentally most used ever, line is Haruko's " STOP! Native girl must stop!" I use that all the time, no matter who I'm talking to.

Mentions must go to:

" Ukulele no goood. Pu!"
" Pu?"

" My eyebrows! I've gotta find my Eyebrows!"

And

" Is it a hand?"
" It's a hand."

Episode Four, after Naota works up his courage to try and hit the satellite bomb:

Especially after Amarao had said "The kid'll never do it!!" just a minute or so beforehand.

There are great quotes throughout the series, though.
