

Because even the larger 150cc Vespas barely got to highway speed and didn't get there any time soon it's fairly cheap. People don't drive them recklessly very often, especially the older classic Vespas they restored themselves. Although if you get a 50cc Vespa you don't need a license/registration/insurance/plates. Although you can just get a 50cc small frame and throw a larger, say 150cc with a big bore kit, stroked, larger carb, etc. and you can ride it around with no license simply because the VIN will say it's a 50cc.FLCL Freak wrote:i wonder if insurence is cheeper on a vespa.
