my suggestion: a user-created script of FLCL.
not a fanfiction, not a re-interpretation, just a simple text file or something similar of each character saying what they say. We could have one member do one episode, and compile them with Takai's assistance (lol), or we could divide it other ways.
I think that this would be great for those of us who like to actually use the Deeper Meanings and FLCL Discussion Forums, and on top of that is just good for the community.
